Heskin Hall

This was our second Steampunk event, and we were still very under-dressed!  Even with it being quite wet and miserable, the Steampunk-ers did not disappoint with their amazing outfits and accessories.

Heskin Hall, itself, is a beautiful building consisting of a warren of rooms…I got lost on more than one occasion!  As well as a number of stalls selling handmade products such as silver jewellery, bags, corsets, cakes and Hungarian biscuits etc., there were also rooms full of antiques and nik-naks.

Mention also has to be made of the full English breakfast purchased from the café and was more than a feast and highly recommended.

As always, we were delighted by the number of people of were willing to have a go…especially the lovely gentleman who played the jerry can double base!  You were the star of the show!
